In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "e999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the e999 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://e999.vu.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the e999 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the e999 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or services made available through e999.vu.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency of the e999 Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive issued to a player by e999.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures maintained by e999 in accordance with international best practice.

By accessing or using the e999 Platform in any manner — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the e999 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to the e999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of e999 or any of its affiliated or partner entities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on e999 or any other gambling platform under an agreement that extends to e999.

e999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period constitutes grounds for account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

To access the full range of e999 services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication credentials with any third party.
• Register only one account per person. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

e999 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

e999 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and may request verification at any other point during your use of the Platform. The KYC process may require you to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your account (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account details matching the registered mobile number).
• Any additional documentation that e999 reasonably determines is necessary to comply with its AML obligations.

Documents submitted for KYC verification are handled in accordance with e999's Privacy Policy. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed to e999's satisfaction. e999 reserves the right to close an account and return deposited funds (minus any bonuses) if KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

All deposits to e999 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). e999 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your e999 account balance in real time. In the event of a technical delay, you must contact support with transaction proof before a manual credit can be applied.
• e999 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• e999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which e999 accepts no responsibility.
• e999 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming policies or AML obligations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the player account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• e999 aims to process PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within five minutes of approval; bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• e999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification if the transaction is flagged by our AML monitoring systems.
• Funds originating from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

e999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and met any eligibility criteria specified for the particular promotion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly at the time each bonus is offered.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• e999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Players who are identified as abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk combination bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

All casino games available on the e999 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, and instant win titles — are governed by the following general rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. e999 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published and available upon request from the support team.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's technical rules. e999 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying bet details before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and e999's server records, the server records shall be deemed definitive.
• e999 reserves the right to void any game round or bet if a technical malfunction or software error is found to have materially affected the game outcome.

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting markets on e999, including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and all other sports offered on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• e999 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where the integrity of an event is in question.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability. e999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets for any given event.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific settlement rules for that sport and market, as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and Pakistan international fixtures, are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant cricket board (PCB or ICC as applicable).
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error will be void. A manifest error is defined as an odds price that is demonstrably incorrect relative to the true market at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e999 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one player account, whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly permitted by e999.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money in any form.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing e999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

e999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides all account holders with tools to manage their gaming activity. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account from the account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the e999 Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any e999 Platform content without the prior written consent of e999.
• The e999 name, logo, and all associated brand marks may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.
• Game content displayed on the Platform is licensed from third-party game studios and is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• e999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• e999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• e999 shall not be liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, governmental actions, or force majeure events.
• e999's total aggregate liability to any player, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by e999 is governed by the e999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

e999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, e999 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed upon login.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the hero section of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between you and e999, the following process applies:

1. Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. e999 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 calendar days.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may request escalation to e999's senior management team for independent review.
3. Final Resolution: If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the above steps, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
